Computer-Based Training
Huffmaster offers our clients the most innovative security training courses available through its Computer-Based Training modules. These modules contain customized security training programs designed around your workplace environment, policies and procedures in a web-based format to easily educate your employees or security staff.
By working with your security directors or management, Huffmaster can create an online security training course which leads each individual through a specific or general topic. The user must then complete a customized question and answer session to proceed through the program and ensure your employees are trained thoroughly on the topics. Upon his or her completion of the module, you can review the online results at Huffmaster’s unique web portal.
For example, a Fortune 500 client asked Huffmaster to design a security officer training program for use at their multiple sites. We worked with the security director of this client to create a complete training policy and procedure module (8 chapters each with various training sections) which each security officer must complete to work at his or her respective location. By utilizing Huffmaster’s CBT, the security director implemented the complete training program at numerous sites throughout the United States.
Another client requested a similar project for workplace violence prevention to train their employees. Huffmaster designed a comprehensive WPV program to help their employees recognize potential workplace violence situations as well as procedures to implement in the case of an incident in the office area.
